KCB membership is open to individuals and businesses. The Board of Directors hosts an Early Bird Breakfast in June for both current and new members to visit and learn more about the organization and join for the new year. Individuals dues are $5.00, and Businesses dues are $10.00. All those who attend participate in drawings for a variety of prizes and services. Of course, anyone who wishes to join may do so simply by coming to the meeting and paying the dues. However, volunteers are welcome and need not be members to participate in the KCB activities.

The Board of Directors, the governing body, is elected in May by the entire membership. Notice of the meeting is sent by e-mail blast.
